Chrysler Employee training Program Wins Award

Every new Chrysler that sits in our showroom was first assembled in one of the many Chrysler plants around the country.To ensure that each vehicle is built with the utmost care, very extensive training is required. Chrysler's training center is the World Class Manufacturing (WCM) Academy and it was recently honored by the Manufacturing Leadership Summit awards when it was recognized with top honors as the High Achiever in the New Workforce category. The organizations gives out awards to companies they feel truly invest in their work force through education, knowledge management, training and development.

The over 45,000 Chrysler group employees are all trained using the WCM philosophy. It has helped contribute to a work force that is more capable than ever in building vehicles with excellent quality and craftsmanship.
